Antimicrobial AlphaSan® by Milliken is a range of silver-based antimicrobial additives used as antimicrobial additives in adhesive formulations. Based on silver-ion technology, the portfolio is designed for incorporation into polymer manufacturing processes, providing high efficacy, durability and thermal stability while delivering long-term antimicrobial protection through the controlled release of silver ions when bacterial growth is probable.
