Polyurethane dispersion (aliphatic polyester). Produces soft but tough films with excellent heat and water resistance without an external
crosslinker and any addional co-solvents. It is a fully reacted, aliphatic, co-solvent free, zero NMP, polyurethane dispersion. Can be cross-linked with carbodimides or polyaziridines to further enhance performance. Recommended for producing heat-activated adhesives with a low activation temperature. Used to formulate adhesives for marine applications like sportswear and deck bonding.
Polyurethane dispersion. Produces a flexible film while maintaining a moderate hand. Provides outstanding wet adhesion to difficult substrates. Offers excellent wash resistance when cross-linked. Also provides excellent adhesion to leather and vinyl. It is a cross-linkable, low-cost, aromatic polymer with good launder ability. Can be cross-linked with C-70 crosslinker 4% by weight on wet basis for enhanced performance properties. Good binder for acrylics. Used as a primary binder for flexible adhesive formulations where light stability is not critical. A true workhorse polymer that helps the formulator produce high performance adhesives at an economical price.
