Melagard™ MP is a melamine-based halogen-free flame retardant. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and exhibits low corrosivity, high compatibility with many resins and good colorability. This allows the production of compounds requiring also good combination of electrical and mechanical properties, low density and low smokes density. It is compatible with thermoplastics, polyolefins, elastomers, engineering resins, PET-G, PBT, UPR. Suitable for adhesives.
