ULTRASOLVE® P 240 A by Indorama Ventures Public Company is a Phenyl glycol ether that acts as a coalescence agent. It is a mixture of glycol ethers made up of monoethylene glycol phenyl ether (75% in weight) and of diethylene glycol phenyl ether (25% in weight). ULTRASOLVE® P 240 A is stable in the presence of acids as well as alkalis and compatible with organic as well as inorganic compounds. Has low evaporation rate and low VOC (volatile organic compound). Used in water-based adhesives. ULTRASOLVE® 1300 ECO by Indorama Ventures Public Company is a Capric Acid Methyl Ester that acts as an active solvent and evaporation retarder. It is a biodegradable, HAP-free oleochemical ester obtained from palm kernel oil. Has excellent solvency power and low VOC. It is compatible with most acrylic, cellulose, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and hybrid system resins. Used in solvent based adhesives.
