Incozol® 4

Incozol® 4 by Incorez acts as a curing agent. It can be used as bi- or tetra-functional latent hardener that hydrolyses on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine and hydroxyl functional cross-linking agent. Also used in one component PU system with aliphatic prepolymer and two component PU system with aromatic prepolymer. Incozol® 4 is designed for accelerating the cure of low NCO containing prepolymers. Conforms to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH).

Incozol® 2

Incozol® 2 by Incorez acts as an effective moisture scavenger and drying agent in sealants. It exhibits low toxicity, color and viscosity and is designed for high solids systems. It is also fast reacting as it hydrolyses on exposure to moisture. It eliminates carbon dioxide bubbles and pinholes in two-component systems, minimises downglossing and hazing under high humidity application conditions. Used in one or two component systems but is not generally recommended in one component system with a low NCO content. Incozol® 2 is also used to eliminate moisture from solvents, polyols, pre-polymers, plasticizers and pigments. Conforms to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH).

Incozol EH

Incozol EH by Incorez acts as a versatile curing agent with 2 or 4 functional mix ratios. Used as a latent hardener in 1K polyurethane adhesives and sealants. Exhibits excellent in-can stability for aliphatic and aromatic PU systems. Provides tolerance to the repeated opening of containers. Possesses increased through-cure and tensile profile of formulated PU systems leading to tougher and durable products. It can be stored at sub-zero temperatures (down to -15°C) without signs of crystallisation making handling and storage easier and more convenient than other types of bis-oxazolidine. It increases cure speed of PU systems without the need for metal catalysts. Incozol EH is also used in conjunction with a low NCO polyurethane pre-polymer and accelerates the cure of the pre-polymer through a moisture triggered mechanism to afford crosslinking benefits. It improves the aesthetics and performance of PU systems by eliminating carbon dioxide gas formation.
