Combination of mono (n-butyl)- and bis (2-ethylhexyl)-phosphoric acid ester. Acts as anti-static agent, adhesion promoter and dispersing agent. Shows high alkaline- and hard water stability. It is partially soluble and dispersible in water. It interacts with polar groups of the substrate to the surface.
