RA70 is a magnesium Oxide. Acts as a filler. It has Surface area (BET) of 90 m<SUP>2</SUP>/g and bulk density of 0.25 g/cc. It is use the manufacture of adhesives, as a thickener and viscosity modifier in SMC (sheet-moulding compound) formulations. It is useful in adhesive systems where sedimentation is of concern.
