Triisocyanate in solution. Used in solvent-based adhesives. Cross-links polyols (like polyethers or polyesters), polyurethanes, elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene). Provides fast curing. Diisocyanate in solution in toluene. Designed to cross-link polyols (polyethers and polyesters), polyurethanes and elastomers (natural rubber, chloroprene). Increases strength, cohesion, adhesion to substrates and chemical and physical resistance. Water dispersable polyisocyanate. Used as a crosslinker for dispersion adhesives. Increases heat, water, plasticizer and organic solvents resistance.
Use level: 0,3-3.5%. Mixture of polyisocyanates. Used with polyols for the production of rigid urethane foams. Also recommended in specific formulations for semi-flexible foams. Crosslinking agent. Developed to improve bonding strength of various adhesives. Can be added to aqueous binders of acrylic type, SBR latex to improve bonding strength by heat treatment.
Use level: 1-4% in dispersion in water. Liquid polyisocyanate. Used as a crosslinker for acrylic and PU dispersions. Increases heat, water, plasticizer and many organic solvents resistance.
