Resin XB 4399-3 by Huntsman is a tetra hydroxyphenyl ethane based solid polyfunctional epoxy resin. Exhibits high glass transition temperature, UV-blocking, better dimensional stability, higher cross-link density and better chemical resistance. Also available in solutions. Suggested for temperature resistant adhesives, composites and electro-laminate formulations. Resin XB 4399-3 is used in exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting and encapsulating. It is also recommended for household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle and truck applications in adhesives. Resin XU 3508 by Huntsman is a liquid toughened, bisphenol A based epoxy resin. Provides high toughness without decrease of glass transition temperature. It can replace partly or totally standard liquid bisphenol-A based epoxy resins. Resin XU 3508 is used in exterior vehicle (OEM), interior vehicle (OEM), vehicle assembly (OEM), battery cover sealing & battery assembly, cable sealing, motor and magnet bonding, potting and encapsulating, assembly, thermally & electrically conductive, household appliance assembly, sporting goods, medical device assembly, aircraft & aerospace, marine, rail, recreational vehicle, truck, sport & leisure and wind in adhesive applications.
