Dragonox -5057 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is Benzenamine,N-phenyl-,reaction products with 2,4,4-trimethylpentene. It acts as an anti-oxidant. It exists as light violet liquid. It is a kind of liquid hindered amine antioxidant. It has a unique liquid property as well as oxidation resistant of hindered amine. It is used in combination with hindered phenols. It is an excellent co-stabilizer in polyurethane foams. Dragonox -5057 has applications in adhesives and polyurethane foams. Dragonox -B 220 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is Tris -(2,4-di -tert -butyl -phenyl)-phosphite & Tetrakis [methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propionate)] methane. it acts as an anti-oxidant. It exists as white powder. It is a blend of dragonox-1010 and dragonox-168. Dragonox -B 220 has applications in adhesive. Dragonox -1726 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 4,6-bis(dodecylthiomethyl)-o-cresol. It is a multifunctional phenolic antioxidant. It is non-staining, non-discoloring , low in volatility, resistant to extraction and suitable to light and heat. It effectively protects the substrate against thermo-oxidative degradation. It is suitable for stabilization of organic polymers particularly of adhesives, specially hot melt adhesives(HMA) based on unsaturated polymers such as SBS or SIS as well as solvent born adhesives (SBA) based on elastomers(natural rubber NR, chloroprene rubber CR, SBR, etc) and water born adhesives. Dragonox -1726 is also suitable for the stabilization of block-copolymers such as SBS and SIS and for polyurethane products such as sealants. Dragonox -1330 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is 3,3’,3’,5,5’,5’-Hexa-tert-butyl-a,a’,a’-(mesitylene-2,4,6,triyl)tri-p-cresol. It acts as a anti-oxidant. It appears as a white powder. It has applications in adhesives. Dragonox -1330 is used in polyolefins,e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene,polybutene for the stabilization of pipes, molded articles, wires and cables, dielectric films etc. Dragonox -323 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is a nonylphenol disulphide oligomer. It acts as anti-oxidant and catalyst in disproportionation. It is dark brown viscous liquid. Dragonox -323 is used in disproportionation and bleaching of rosins and rosin esters, resins, adhesives. Adding 0.2~0.3%, it can greatly improve the color of rosin ester by 2~3 by Gardner measure. Dragonox -1425 by Guangzhou Flying Dragon is Calciumdiethylbis(((3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl)phosphonate. Acts as an anti-oxidant. It is a high molecular weitht phenolic antioxidant containing phosphorus. It is a highly efficient, non discoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as adhesives. It is odorless, stable to light and has excellent color retention. Dragonox -1425 has good compatibility with most substrates and high resistance to extraction. Has applications in adhesive.
