Homopolymer vinyl dispersion resin for plastisol formulating. Used in adhesives and cap linings and jar seals. Used in insolid and medium to high density foam applications. Possesses low Brookfield viscosity and high level of methanol extractables. Blending resin. Used in adhesives and seals. Provides controlled viscosity, viscosity aging and surface characteristics of plastisols.
Reduces the gloss and surface blocking of films and parts. Utilized as a one for one replacement of the dispersion resin contained in the plastisol formulation. Offers maximum gloss reduction.
Typical usage: 20-30 phr. High-molecular-weight, low-viscosity vinyl chloride/vinyl ester copolymer. Used in laminating adhesives. Possesses fast fusion characteristics and good viscosity stability. Provides low fusion temperatures. Blending resin. Used in adhesives and seals. Provides controlled viscosity, viscosity aging and surface characteristics of plastisols.
