Examol QP 430 by Expanded Polymer Systems is polyether polyol based on ethylene diamine. It exhibits high reactivity but lower viscosity which allows better processability. Examol QP 430 is used in the manufacture of polyurethane formulations for rigid foam applications. Examol NP by Expanded Polymer Systems is mannich polyol. It has an aromatic structure. It provides good structural strength and fire retardant property in rigid foam formulations. Examol NP is used in highly reactive polyurethane spray foam applications. Examol QP 540 by Expanded Polymer Systems is polyether polyol based on ethylene diamine. Possesses high reactivity and moderate viscosity. Examol QP 540 can blend well with other polyethers as well as polyester polyols to produce rigid polyurethane foams of very fine cell structure. The rigid foam produced using this grade exhibits very low thermal conductivity. Examol QP 750 by Expanded Polymer Systems is polyether polyol based on ethylene diamine. Exhibits very high reactivity and high viscosity. Examol QP 750 is a reactive cross-linker polyol used in the manufacturing of different types of polyurethane formulations mainly in water-based foams. Examol TEOA 355 by Expanded Polymer Systems is a polyether polyol based on propoxylated triethanolamine. It is a reactive polyol characterized with very low viscosity. Examol TEOA 355 is slightly hygroscopic and should therefore be stored under cool and dry conditions at 25-35 °C. Examol NPP 348 by Expanded Polymer Systems is Mannich polyol. It is obtained by propoxylation of mannich base. It exhibits high reactivity and low/ medium viscosity. Examol NPP 348 is used largely for spray foam applications.
