TEGOPAC® Bond 160 by Evonik is a silylated polymer used for producing neutral curing adhesives and sealants where low formulation viscosity or very high filler load is required. Applications include liquid membranes (roofing applications) and flooring applications (parquet adhesives). It is based on a unique polymer technology with lateral crosslinking groups. It exhibits excellent- through cure properties, elastic recovery properties, inter-coat-adhesion/ over-coatability, improved water & thermal resistance and excellent. The low polymer viscosity allows quick & easy handling. Due to the reactive groups in lateral position, curing starts in presence of moisture and a catalyst. Ethanol is released during the curing process. Methanol-free formulations with self-leveling properties or high filler load can be made using TEGOPAC® Bond 160. It is free of solvents or plasticizers. A standard chemical drying agent (e.g. Dynasylan® VTMO or VTEO) can be added to the formulation while processing. It has a shelf life of 6 months. TEGOPAC® Bond 170 by Evonik is a silylated polymer used for producing neutral curing adhesives and sealants with PPG as the backbone polymer. Applications include liquid membranes (for roofing applications), facade sealants (to address ISO 11600 requirements), high modulus adhesives (for assembly of structural elements or sound & vibration dampening), transparent adhesives & sealants (for invisible joints).<br>

TEGOPAC® Bond 150 is used in flexible adhesives for construction of sandwich elements and for flexible bonding in transport applications or for high quality expansion joints. It has a shelf life of 6 months. TEGOPAC® Bond 251 by Evonik is a silane modified hybrid polymer with a modified backbone that contains hydrophilic segments and lateral crosslinking groups. It is a plasticizer and solvent-free grade. It releases ethanol during the curing process (in presence of water and a catalyst). It offers excellent bonding properties to many different substrates, e.g. metals, ceramics, wood, concrete, mortar. It provides excellent elastic recovery properties to applications where movements or vibration affects a joint, e.g. to ensure longer life cycles of joints. It is suitable to replace flexible PUR adhesives and sealants. Can formulate methanol-free formulations with a convenient reactivity. TEGOPAC® Bond 251 is used in the formulation of fast assembly adhesives, roof sealing applications or pressure sensitive adhesives using various plasticizers, fillers, and other additives. It has a shelf life of 6 months. TEGOPAC® Seal 100 by Evonik is a moisture curing silane modified polymer with PPG as backbone. It is recommended for low modulus sealant formulations which are used in construction applications (e.g. for facades, expansion joints) meeting requirements of ISO 11600-F&G-25 LM or for indoor applications and adhesives It exhibits excellent elasticity and high recovery rates.<br>
