DABCO® DC 2 by Evonik is a catalyst that exhibits stronger catalytic activity than DABCO® DC1 catalyst. It enhances the cure of the system without significantly changing the front-end of the reaction. DABCO® DC 2 possesses delayed action catalysis and wide applicability. DABCO® DC 5 LE by Evonik is a low-emission delayed action co-catalyst that strongly promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction while maintaining cream time and maintaining pot life. It does not contribute to amine emissions and is used to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278. DABCO® DC 5 LE exhibits formulation latitude allowing for a broad use level range to adjust to desired processing and reactivity requirements. DABCO® NE 1070 by Evonik is a non-emissive amine that promotes the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) reaction. It is used in flexible foam applications to meet automotive OEM emission specifications such as VDA 278, and eliminates windshield fogging or vinyl staining. It is suitable for use in rigid foam and CASE applications.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>DABCO® NE 1070 is recommended for use in any water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resiliency (HR) foam and in TDI/MDI or MDI-based cold-cured molded polyurethane cushioning foam systems.</li>
<li>In MDI systems, recommended dosage 0.50 to 1.50 pphp and in TDI systems 0.40 to 0.70 pphp.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul> DABCO® 33 LV by Evonik is a strong urethane reaction (gelation) catalyst for multipurpose use. It is 33% triethylenediamine and 67% dipropylene glycol. It offers low viscosity. It is used in adhesive and sealant applications. DABCO® T 12 by Evonik acts as a catalyst. It is a dibutyltin dilaurate grade. It improves mechanical properties in slab stock foams and promotes tack-free times, urethane (polyol-isocyanate) or gelling reaction to produce flexible as well as rigid polyurethane foams, two-component adhesives, sealants. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">

It offers good flow, fast demold times and longer cream time. It is used in adhesive & sealant, footwear applications.
