AIRASE® 5355 Defoamer by Evonik is a siloxane-based defoamer. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). It is suitable for low-VOC formulations. It exhibits excellent compatibility with other ingredients. Designed to control and eliminate foam without generating surface defects in water-based adhesives. It is suitable for use in food packaging applications. AIRASE® 5355 Defoamer complies with US FDA 21CFR 175.105, US FDA 21CFR 176.170, US FDA 21CFR 176.180, BfR recommendation XIV & XXXVI, Swiss ordinance annex 10, part A and China GB9685-2016 regulations. AIRASE® 5655 Defoamer by Evonik is a siloxane-based defoamer. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). It is suitable for low-VOC formulations. It exhibits long term defoaming stability, very good compatibility and ease of incorporation. It is designed to control and eliminate foam without generating surface defects in water-based adhesives. It is suitable for use in food packaging applications. Complies with US FDA 21CFR 175.105, US FDA 21CFR 175.320, US FDA 21CFR 176.170, US FDA 21CFR 180, US FDA 21CFR 176.210, Swiss ordinance annex 10, part A of lists I-V and China GB9685-2016 regulations. Recommended dosage ranges between 0.5 to 1.0 % of total formulation weight. The shelf life of AIRASE® 5655 Defoamer is 24 months from the date of manufacture. AIRASE® 5100 Defoamer by Evonik is a structured siloxane defoamer line (SSDL) defoamer. It can provide an excellent long-term and persistent defoaming in formulations on proper incorporation. It is a low odor, opaque, alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE) as well as HAPs-free and easy to handle liquid. It offers low-viscosity, improved pH stability, zero VOC (per EPA Method 2) and good shear stability. It is designed for applications where strong defoaming is required and the formulations are not sensitive to cratering. AIRASE® 5100 Defoamer is used in waterborne adhesives. Its recommended usage level is 0.05–0.5%. AIRASE® 4655 Defoamer by Evonik is an organic oil-based defoamer. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). It is suitable for low-VOC formulations. It exhibits excellent compatibility, ease of incorporation and shear stability. It is designed to control and eliminate foam without generating surface defects in water-based adhesives. It is suitable for use in food packaging applications. Complies with US FDA 21CFR 175.105, US FDA 21CFR 175.300, US FDA 21CFR 176.170, US FDA 21CFR 176.180, BfR recommendation XIV & XXXVI, Swiss ordinance annex 10, part A of lists I-V and China GB9685-2016 regulations. AIRASE® 4750V Defoamer by Evonik is a proprietary vegetable oil based grade. It acts as a defoamer. It shows excellent film compatibility with sustained, long-term foam control performance. It does not contain added hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). AIRASE® 4750V Defoamer is suitable for use in adhesives. The recommended use level is between 0.1 and 1% of total formulation weight. AIRASE® 4500 Defoamer by Evonik acts as a proprietary organic oil defoamer. It is designed to control and typically eliminates foam, pinholes and entrapped air. It does not contain added mineral oils, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). AIRASE® 4500 is an easy-to-handle liquid and exhibits low viscosity. It is used for water-based adhesives. Its recommended usage level is between 0.2 and 1% of total formulation weight. Complies with European regulations such as Swiss ordinance SR 817.023.21 (contains substances from lists A and B), German BfR XXXVI- paper and board for food contact. Also complies with US FDA 21CFR 175.105, 175.125(b) and 176.210. AIRASE® 5300 Defoamer by Evonik is a structured siloxane defoamer line (SSDL) defoamer. It is a formulated, solvent, alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE) free, HAPs-free and easy to handle liquid. It offers improved pH stability, low-viscosity, zero VOC (per EPA Method 2) and low odor. It is designed for the applications where strong defoaming is required with good long-term persistency especially in high shear applications. AIRASE® 5300 Defoamer is used in waterborne adhesives. Its recommended usage level is 0.05–0.5%. AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer by Evonik is a structured siloxane defoamer line (SSDL) defoamer which is free of is solvent, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs). It contributes zero VOC (per EPA method 24) and improves pH stability. AIRASE® 5600 Defoamer is a slightly hazy, low odor and viscosity liquid that provides an excellent balance of effective defoaming and film compatibility. It solves foaming problems with pinpoint accuracy. AIRASE® 5500 Defoamer by Evonik is structured siloxane. It acts as a defoamer. It is solvent-, and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free. It contributes zero VOC (per EPA method 24) and improved pH stability. It is a slightly hazy, low odor, and low viscosity liquid that provides an excellent balance of effective defoaming and film compatibility. It solves foaming problems with pinpoint accuracy. It shows excellent film compatibility with sustained, long-term foam control performance. It does not contain added hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), or alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEs). AIRASE® 4800 Defoamer is suitable for use in adhesives. The recommended use level is between 0.1 and 1% of total formulation weight.
