Silcolease® Emulsion 902 by Bluestar Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Enables offline/inline converting, high catalysed bath stability, high catalyzed bath stability, versatility and good anchorage. Silcolease® Emulsion 902 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 903 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Suitable for use in manufacturing adhesives for protectors (labels, personal care, envelopes) and industrial uses (transfer paper tapes).
Silcolease® PC-107 by Bluestar Silicones is a thermally curable, biocompatible, polyaddition silicone release coating. Acts as an easy release modifier. Silcolease® PC-107 is a milky-white emulsion containing medium vinyl content and a methyl hydrogen siloxane crosslinker. Exhibits good shear stability and excellent bath life even at high solids. Offers easy & increasing release surface at low stripping speeds & higher strip speeds respectively at low cure temperatures. It requires platinum catalyst emulsion also. Suitable for rubber-based & acrylic adhesives and other tacky materials such as pressure sensitive tapes and labels. Silcolease® PC-107, when properly used with Silcolease® PC-95 platinum catalyst, is currently permitted for direct and indirect food contact under Sections 21CFR175.320, 21CFR176.170 and 21CFR176.180 of the Federal Register.
CAF® 33 by Elkem Silicones is a non-flowing, black, white translucent, room temperature curing silicone elastomer. Exhibits high temperature resistance, heat stability, good dielectric properties, water & humidity resistance, anti-freeze resistance and high resistance to chemical agents. Offers adhesion with primer on many surfaces including stainless steel, aluminium, polymethyl methacrylate glass, Composites filled to 30% with glass fiber (polyamide, polyester, polypropylene) and ABS. CAF® 33 is suitable for bonding/sealing in automotive applications like engine & sunroofs, domestic appliances like oven door brackets & washing machine tanks, aeronautic applications and industrial applications including molding compartments, HCR silicones and rotary machines (pumps, turbines, compressors).
