Solprene® 1217 by Dynasol is a gel- & BHT/TNPP-free, linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer with total content of 25% of styrene and 17.5% of block polystyrene. This grade exhibits non-staining antioxidant system. It is an excellent modifier for asphalt, formulation of caulks and sealants. It is used in extruded goods, soles and heels. This grade is FDA approved for use in food contact applications. Solprene® 540 by Dynasol is a gel-free, 60/40 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution. Solprene® 9618 by Dynasol is 69/31 butadiene-styrene multi-arm copolymer, polymerized in solution process. It is stabilized with non-staining antioxidant system. Solprene® 9618 is designed for use in hot-melt-, pressure sensitive- and solvent-based adhesives. It is suitable for highly modified asphalt such as paving, sealants and roofing. Solprene® 303 by Dynasol is a linear random-block styrene-butadiene copolymer with 46% styrene content, 11% present as polystyrene block. It provides hardness and can be combined with inorganic fillers with high concentration & good dispersion in compounding. It can be blended with other rubbers to reduce die swell and increase processability in extruded and molded goods by compression. It offers adhesion to cloth, paper, films and sheet metal for pressure sensitive adhesives. Solprene® 303 is recommended for masking-, cellophane- and insulating tapes, tapes for sealing and binding, footwear, decorative contact paper and labels. Solprene® 411M by Dynasol is 70/30 butadiene/styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution. It exhibits radial structure. It is available in powder form dusted with calcium carbonate. Solprene® 411M is recommended for use in roofing, solvent-based adhesives, labels and footwear.
