Robond® PS-94 by Dow is a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive which is characterized by a balance of moderate shear strength and tack. Robond® PS-83D by Dow is an acrylic emulsion copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive intended for use in carton sealing tapes and office tapes. Robond® PS-83D's unique formula may be used to produce low-noise unwind tapes without a release coat, while maintaining excellent box closing properties. Robond® PS-90 by Dow is a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive which is characterized by a balance of moderate shear strength and tack. This adhesive has demonstrated excellent performance in both carton sealing film tape and overlaminate applications.
The viscosity of Robond® PS-90 allows it to be used with a variety of coating methods. It is a coater-ready product and may be direct coated to a variety of facestocks. Robond® PS-8915 by Dow is a Ready-to-Use pressure sensitive aqueous acrylic emulsion with high level balanced adhesive properties for demanding graphic art and tape applications.
It is ready-to-use for the most recent reverse gravure coating lines, good peel and tack, high shear, excellent slitting and die-cutting
properties, excellent UV-stability.
Robond® PS-8915 possesses an outstanding plasticizer migration resistance, water-whitening/blush resistance, excellent creep and shrinkage resistance, mechanically stable, good compatibility with resins in order to achieve
very high peel/tack characteristics.
It is used in graphic art/PVC film applications, demanding single, double sided and transfer specialty tapes. Robond® PS-8534 by Dow is a pressure sensitive, aqueous dispersion polymer with a unique balance of quick stick, shear resistance, tack, and peel adhesion properties. It is supplied with "ready-to-coat" viscosity and rheology characteristics.
Robond® PS-8534 is the ideal water-borne polymer when the following conditions need to be met water soak, shower-water spray, high humidity environment, excellent plasticizer migration resistance. Robond® PS-8211 by Dow is a pressure sensitive, aqueous dispersion polymer with a unique balance of quick stick, shear resistance, tack, and peel adhesion properties.
It is supplied with "ready-to-coat" viscosity and rheologyc haracteristics for the most recent vario-gravure production lines.
Robond® PS-8211 is the ideal water-borne polymer when the following conditions need to be met:
• excellent adhesion on PVC/PES face-stock
• excellent balance of peel/shear/loop-tack properties
• excellent stability of removability over time Robond® PS-2000 by Dow is adhesive is a permanent PSA which is characterized by excellent clarity and a balance of moderate shear strength and tack. This adhesive has demonstrated outstanding performance in both carton sealing film tape and overlaminate applications.
The viscosity of Robond® PS-2000 allows it to be used with a variety of coating methods. It is a coater-ready product and may be direct coated to a variety of facestocks. Robond® PS-2020 Adhesive by Dow is a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive which is characterized by water-white color, excellent clarity, and balance of moderate shear strength and tack. This adhesive has demonstrated outstanding performance in applications that require extreme clarity, for example clear-to-the-core OPP tape and overlaminate applications.
The viscosity and stability of Robond® PS-2020 Adhesive allows it to be used with a variety of direct coating methods. It is a rapid drying, coater-ready product and may be direct coated to a variety of facestocks. Robond® PS-7561 by Dow is a water-based modified acrylic for permanent pressure-sensitive use. This product has been specifically designed for general purpose permanent paper labels and tapes. Robond® PS-7561 exhibits aggressive tack and peel adhesion allied with good cohesive performance. With these balance of properties, Robond PS-7561 is ideally suited to the production of general purpose paper label laminates with excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces including recycled board and non-polar substrates. Robond® PS-7163 by Dow is a waterborne, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for general-purpose permanent paper label applications. Robond® PS-7163 employs coater-ready technology that provides an attractive balance of pressure-sensitive adhesive performance.
