It is suitable for a wide variety of applications where demolding and processing times must be kept at a minimum. PAPI™ 135 Polymeric MDI is used in adhesives and sealants. PAPI™ 27 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate that contains methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). It possesses narrow molecular weight distribution and high reactivity. It shows compatibility with rigid polyether and polyester polyols, making it suitable for a full range of low- to high-density semi-rigid foams, rigid foams and structural RIM processing. It is used in adhesives and sealants. PAPI™ 2940 Polymeric MDI by Dow is a low viscosity, polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate that contains MDI. It possesses increased diphenylmethane diisocyanate content and increased percentage of ortho and para isomers. PAPI™ 2940 Polymeric MDI offers delayed gel times and allows better flow into molds for semi-flexible and integral skin foams. PAPI™ PB 219 by Dow is a low-viscosity, polymeric MDI with high 2,4-MDI content. PAPI™ PB 219 is used in viscoelastic foams. PAPI™ 95 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing polymeric MDI. It possesses a high diphenylmethane diisocyanate content and a high percentage of ortho-para isomers. It provides excellent flowability and fast curing in a variety of polyurethane applications. It is used in adhesives and sealants.
