ISONATE™ 143L Modified MDI by Dow is polycarbodiimide-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It exhibits low viscosity, good flexibility and good storage stability. ISONATE™ 143L Modified MDI is used in adhesives and sealants. ISONATE™ 143LP Modified MDI by Dow is a low viscosity, polycarbodiimide-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It offers extra flexibility as adduct formation is reversible. It provides stabilization against hydrolytic degradation. ISONATE™ 143LP Modified MDI allows ease of handling & processing and maintenance of high physical properties under strenuous wear and environmental conditions. It is used in adhesives and sealants. ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI by Dow is a crystalline, pure MDI mixture composed of approximately 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (98%) and 2,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (2%). It possesses high purity, low acidity and reproducible reactivity. ISONATE™ 125MDR Pure MDI is a key ingredient in preparing prepolymers for polyurethane processing. It is used in sealants. The shelf life of the product is 12 months (at 20°C) and 45 days (at 43°C). ISONATE™ M 124D MDI by Dow is a high purity, monomeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It contains 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (98%) and 2,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (2%). ISONATE™ M 124D MDI is used for the production of intermediated prepolymers for the manufacture of polyester fibers and high-performance elastomers. It provides high mechanical performance of the derived elastomers and fibers. ISONATE™ 50 O,P' Pure MDI by Dow is a high ortho-para MDI. It is used in polyurethane adhesives and sealants. It provides slower reactivity and increased amorphous character for improved handling and longer pot life. ISONATE™ 50 O,P' Pure MDI offers benefits such as high purity, low acidity, reproducible reactivity and low vapor pressure. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. ISONATE™ 181 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a medium viscosity, modified MDI compound produced by reacting high purity diphenylmethane diisocyanate with enough glycol. This supercooled liquid provides more rapid compatibility between isocyanates and polyols. ISONATE™ 181 MDI Prepolymer is used in adhesives. ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a modified MDI compound produced by reacting high purity diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a high molecular weight polyester polyol. It possesses good storage stability down to 22°C. ISONATE™ 240 MDI Prepolymer yields high physical property elastomers or microcellular foams via the cast, low pressure or RIM-dispensing processes. It is used in adhesives and sealants. ISONATE™ M 342 MDI Prepolymer by Dow is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. ISONATE™ M 342 MDI Prepolymer is used in adhesives. ISONATE™ M 143 Modified MDI by Dow is a light-yellow, low viscosity, modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is used in the manufacturing of adhesives and sealants. ISONATE™ M 143 Modified MDI provides good cold temperature stability and resistance against hydrolytic degradation. ISONATE™ 125MK by Dow is a pure MDI mixture composed of 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 2,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It offers high purity, low acidity and reproducible reactivity.
