It is a high solid polyadduct of low viscosity containing hydroxyl groups. Acts as a tackifier. It can be blended with all the solutions of PEARLSTICK® PUR-granules and a variety of additives can also be used. It is supplied in a very soft and elastic version for the bonding of polyethylene bags. A long lasting inherent tack of this product ensures additional safety in case of long processing cycles. It is mostly processed together with polyisocyanate DANCURE® 246-13 in a 2-component way. The amount of curing agent DANCURE® 246-13 added in it is approx. 8 to 15% of the total formulation. Used as a modification component for PUR-adhesives applications when a long open time and a high tack is needed. Also used in the production of film lamination adhesives. It is a poly adduct containing hydroxyl groups with a low solvent content. Acts as a tackifier. Its long-lasting self-tack provides additional safety in long processing cycles. DANCOLL® 245-22 is processed in a two-component way, mainly in connection with polyisocyanate. It is developed in a very soft and elastic version for the bonding of polyethylene bags. It is added as a modification component to PUR adhesives which require a long open time and a high tack. Used for film laminations and industrial adhesives applications.
