Atsurf™ 3969 by Croda is a VOC-free, NPE-free nonionic surfactant blend. It is used as a hydrophilic emulsifier for alkyd resin and tackifier resin emulsions for adhesives. This tackifier offers high efficiency, very good long-term stability and high compatibility. Atsurf™ 3969 can be used alone as single emulsifier or in combination with the anionic surfactants.
