VAMax™ Series by Clariant is used as a catalyst in the production of vinyl acetate monomer (VAM), which involves the reaction of ethylene and acetic acid with oxygen. It demonstrated consistent performance in commercial-scale production of VAM overextended run-lengths. It features a range of selective oxidation catalysts. It offers high activity, which enables higher yields on the basis of the same scale of production equipment.
