Chartwell F-515.71HR by Chartwell International is an increased reactivity amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stabilized neutralized metal complex. It is a moderate yellow color clear liquid which is supplied as a solution in PEG 300. Its neutralizing agent is caustic. Offers improved adhesion to plastics, ceramics, wood or concrete and to all the metals with accompanying improved salt fog resistance, reduction of creep at the scribe as well as reduced blistering. Chartwell F-515.71HR usage level is 0.35 - 1.4 wt. per cent for 2K epoxy as well as 2K urethane depending upon polymer solids (plus organic pigment weight if applicable) and urethane modified nitrocellulose.
