Lupranol® 4010/1/SC25 by BASF is polyether polyol monomer. It has been grafted with styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) and contains mainly primary hydroxyl end groups. It contains about 25% solids. It contains a low-emission and low-discoloring antioxidant combination (without BHT). It forms a stable dispersion which does not separate under normal storage conditions. Lupranol® 4010/1/SC25 is used to produce highly elastic PU foams via the slabstock foaming process. Lupranol® 3504/1 by BASF is a polyether polyol based on trimethylolpropane. Acts as a crosslinker. Lupranol® 3504/1 has mainly secondary hydroxyl groups. Lupranol® 4003/1 by BASF is a polyether polyol monomer. It is an opaque viscous liquid which has been grafted with styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) and contains mainly primary hydroxyl end groups. It contains about 45 % solids. It contains a small amount of a low-emission and low-discoloring antioxidant combination (without BHT and amine). Lupranol® 4003/1 is used for the production of highly elastic PU foams according to the cold-cure or slabstock foaming process, as well as for the manufacture of semi-rigid molded parts. Lupranol® 2095 by BASF is a trifunctional high-reactive polyether polyol which contains primary hydroxyl groups. It is free from BHT (2,6-di-t-butyl-hydroxy-toluene). Lupranol® 2095 is used in the production of high resilient molded flexible polyurethanes. Suitable for adhesive applications. Lupranol® 4005/1/SC25 by BASF is a non-reactive polyether polyol grafted with styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) and contains approximately 25% solids. It forms a stable dispersion that does not separate under normal storage conditions. It contains a low-emission and low-discoloring antioxidant combination (without BHT). Lupranol® 4005/1/SC25 is used for the production of flexible PU foams according to the slabstock foaming process which have better load bearing properties. Lupranol® 2092 by BASF is a trifunctional polyether polyol which contains primary hydroxyl groups. It contains a combination of stabilizer which is free from 2,6-Di-tert.butyl-p-kresol (BHT). Lupranol® 2092 is used in the production of high resilient polyurethane slabstock foams and low-emission slabstock foams. Lupranol® 3422 by BASF is a higher functional polyether polyol based on sorbitol. Lupranol® 3422 contains only secondary hydroxyl groups.
