Lupranat® ME by BASF is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). It has low acidity. Used for the manufacture of thermoplastic polyurethanes. Lupranat® ME is also used for the production of adhesives. Lupranat® T 80 A by BASF is an isomer mixture of 2,4- and 2,6- toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Lupranat® T 80 A is used for the production of polyurethane adhesives. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Lupranat® M 70 R by BASF is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). It is solvent-free and contains oligomers of high functionality and isomers. Its average functionality is about 2.9. Lupranat® MP 105 by BASF is a modified 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Lupranat® MP 105 is used for the production of adhesives. Lupranat® M 20 FB by BASF is a solvent-free grade based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) containing oligomers of high functionality and isomers. Used as a wood binder. The average functionality of Lupranat® M 20 FB is about 2.7. Lupranat® MP 102 by BASF is modified 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Lupranat® MP 102 is used for flexible and semi-rigid foams and RIM parts. Lupranat® MM 103 by BASF is a liquid carbodiimide modified 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. Its average functionality is about 2.2. Lupranat® MM 103 is used in the production of polyurethanes and adhesives. Lupranat® MES by BASF is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) with low acidity, stabilized against yellowing. Used for the production of adhesives and elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethanes. Lupranat® M 20 R is a solvent free 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) containing oligomers of high functionality and isomers. It has relatively low reactivity. Its average functionality is about 2.7. Lupranat® M 20 R is used for the production of adhesives. Lupranat® MI by BASF is a mixture of 2,4’ and 4,4' diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It has low acidity. It has a functionality of 2.0 and is liquid at room temperature. It contains higher amount of 2,4´ isomer than Lupranate® M Isocyanate or Lupranate® MS Isocyanate. Lupranat® MI together with other isocyanates is used for the manufacture of flexible foams and adhesives.
