Luphen® D DS 3528 by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a polyester-polyurethane elastomer. Luphen® D DS 3528 is used in adhesives for laminating and heat-sealing. Luphen® D 259 U by BASF is a water-based dispersion of a polyether polyurethane elastomer. Used in adhesives for film, paper laminating, and contact type adhesives. The dispersion adheres well to the types of plastic used for this purpose as well as to metallised films and aluminium. It increases its resistance to heat and moisture. Luphen® D 259 U complies with FDA. Luphen® D 207 E by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a polyester-polyurethane elastomer. It improves the heat resistance of the bond and its resistance to hydrolysis. Luphen® D 207 E is used in adhesives for laminating and heat-sealing. Luphen® D DS 3548 by BASF is an aqueous, resin-modified dispersion of a polyester-polyurethane elastomer. Improves the heat resistance of the bond and its resistance to hydrolysis. Used in the manufacture of aqueous foam adhesives and contact adhesives. Films formed by Luphen® D DS 3548 can also be activated by heating them to 60–80°C. Luphen® D 200 A by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a polyester-polyurethane elastomer. Luphen® D 200 A is used in adhesives for laminating, flocking and heat-sealing.
