DSX 1550 by BASF is a non-ionic polyurethane polymer. Used as a rheology modifier for waterborne systems and putties. Provides thickening and modification
of flow properties of waterborne polymers. Improves flow and gloss, increases hiding power, wash and scrub resistance. It gives outstanding spatter resistance during roller application. Recommended dosage level of DSX 1550 by BASF is 0.2-2% on total formulation. Non-ionic polyurethane. Used as rheology modifier. Offers very good film forming properties. Provides good pigment wetting and high UV stability. DSX 1514 by BASF is a non-ionic polyurethane-based associative thickener. Designed to improve the application and hiding properties of latex systems including aqueous adhesives. DSX 1514 provides superior hiding power during brush applications, very flow promoting properties, minimal roller spatter, good scrub resistance and low structural viscosity. Polyurethane. Acts as a rheology modifier. Provides very good pigment binding properties and UV-resistance. Used in aqueous adhesives.
