Dispex® Ultra FA 4420 by BASF is fatty acid modified polyester based dispersing agent. Designed for water-based, hot-melt, solvent-based, reactive and radiation curing adhesives and in sealants. Dispex® Ultra PA 4560 by BASF is high molecular weight modified polyacrylate. Acts as a dispersing agent. Offers benefits such as improved gloss, color strength, flocculation stability and anti-flooding behavior. Dispex® Ultra PA 4560 is used in water based adhesives. Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 by BASF is fatty acid modified polyester. Acts as a dispersing agent. Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 is used in water-based, hotmelt, solvent-based, reactive and radiation curing adhesives and in sealants. Dispex® Ultra PX 4290 by BASF is a broad spectrum, high molecular weight, solvent- & APEO-free dispersing agent for organic and inorganic pigments. It provides excellent pigment stabilization, color strength, transparency and viscosity reduction. This allows higher pigment loading while excellent flow characteristics are maintained. Improved gloss, anti-flooding behavior and excellent flocculation stability are some other features offered by this grade. Dispex® Ultra PX 4290 is designed for adhesives. Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 (Old name: Efka® 6230) by BASF is aliphatic polyether with acidic groups. Acts as a dispersing agent. Offers benefits such as reduced grinding and dispersion time, increased pigment loading in the mill-base or pigment concentrate enabling to achieve VOC level below 250 g/l in highly filled solvent-based system and improved gloss, levelling and flow. Dispex® Ultra FA 4431 is used in hot melt, solvent-based, solvent-free, reactive, water based and radiation curing adhesives and in sealants. Dispex™ GA40 by BASF is a solution of an ammonium salt of an acrylic copolymer in water. Dispex™ GA40 is used as an effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water-borne adhesive systems. Dispex® CX 4320 (Old name: Pigment Disperser® MD 20) is a particularly effective dispersing agent for dispersing inorganic fillers and pigments. It improves wet scrub and blocking resistance. Exhibits excellent dispersing efficiency for inorganic pigments and extenders, improves gloss and reduces haze. Provides excellent ZnO-stability. Recommended dosage level of Dispex® CX 4320 is 0.2-1.0% Dispex® N100 by BASF is a solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic polymer in water. Used as a highly effective dispersing agent for water-borne systems like plasters, wall finishes, cement and tile adhesives. Dispex® N100 offers retardation of settlement of the pigments and allowing formulation of systems with a very high solid content and consequently low shrinkage upon curing. Dispex® G40 by BASF is a solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic copolymer in water. Used as a highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water-borne adhesive systems. Dispex® G40 shows compatibility with polypropylene and hexylene glycols used in high proportions in water-borne high gloss coatings to promote wet edge time. Dispex™ A40 by BASF is a solution of ammonium salt of acrylic polymer in water. Dispex™ A40 is used as a highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agent for water-borne adhesive systems.
