Butofan® 2469 by BASF is cold polymerized styrene-butadiene dispersion. Used in some general-purpose adhesive applications. Butofan® NS 166 by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a styrene/butadiene copolymer containing carboxyl groups. Used in pressure-sensitive adhesives for self-adhesive products and paper labels. Butofan® NS 299 by BASF is a non-carboxylated aqueous dispersion of a rosin acid stabilized butadiene/styrene copolymer. Used in construction and laminating
adhesives. Butofan® NS 299 offers benefits such as good cohesive strength and a high percent elongation at break. Butofan® LS 103 by BASF is styrene/butadiene copolymer dispersion. It offers good tack & peal, high cohesion, excellent sheer, excellent heat resistance and low water take-up. It provides water repellency to hotmelt pressure-sensitive adhesives. Butofan® LS 103 is recommended for specialty tapes and permanent-, paper- & filmic labels. Butofan® NS 222 by BASF is an APEO-free aqueous dispersion of a styrene/butadiene copolymer containing carboxyl groups. Provides a balance of cohesion, tack and superior water resistance. Exhibits low water vapor permeability and high flexibility. Butofan® NS 222 is used in flooring adhesives application. Butofan® NS 278 by BASF is carboxylated styrene-butadiene dispersion. It forms a soft tacky film with good water resistance and good heat ageing characteristics. Butofan® NS 278 is used in general-purpose adhesives. Butofan® NS 144 by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a styrene/butadiene copolymer containing carboxyl groups. Exhibits low temperature performance, high tack and sound damping properties. Butofan® NS 144 is used in laminating and pressure sensitive adhesives applications such as paper labels.
