Basonat® by BASF is a range of aliphatic polyisocyanate crosslinkers used as curing agents in polyurethane adhesive formulations. The portfolio includes HDI biuret, HDI isocyanurate and water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates designed for hydroxyl-functional binders, providing high-performance crosslinking for two-component polyurethane systems in both solvent-borne and water-based formulations.

Basonat® LR 9056

Basonat® LR 9056 by BASF is an emulsifier-modified polyisocyanate based on isocyanurated hexamethylene diisocyanate. Used as a hardener in adhesive applications and polymer dispersions containing reactive OH groups. It can be directly incorporated into the formulated dispersion. Addition of 2-5 parts of Basonat® LR 9056 to 100 parts of the acrylic or polyurethane dispersion (solid on wet) will be sufficient.

Basonat® F 200 WD

Basonat® F 200 WD by BASF is a solvent-free polyisocyanate. Designed for adhesive applications. It is an easily dispersible, low-viscosity cross-linking component for acrylic and PUR dispersions. 2–5 parts of Basonat® F 200 WD should be added to 100 parts of dispersion.
