Bakelite® 2074 by Bakelite Synthetics acts as crosslinker for epoxy resins. It is a solid novolac resin with low ionic impurities. Bakelite® 2074 provides good moisture-vapor barrier and resistance to chemicals & heat. Bakelite® 4445 by Bakelite Synthetics is a foamable phenol-formaldehyde resin. it is used to prepare a mixed adhesive for the manufacture of plywood using a foam glue application system.
