Caspol™ 5001 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based polyol. This polyol is the lowest molecular weight diol of the Caspol® series. Acts as a reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting properties. Caspol™ 5001 is the lowest molecular weight diol of the Caspol® series. It exhibits very low viscosity and produces higher strength, elongation and flexibility than DB oil while being softer. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Used for VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants. Caspol™ 5007 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting. Exhibits functionality of 2 and its structure leads to high hardness and strength, with good elongation as well as flexibility. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Provides VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants. Caspol™ 5003 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based polyol. Acts as a reactive diluent with a linear chain backbone having low viscosity, good compatibility and wetting properties. Caspol® 5003 is composed of a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls which makes this polyol more reactive and yields slightly harder as well as less flexible components than either Caspol® 5001 or DB Oil. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Caspol™ 5003 is used for VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants. Caspol™ 1962 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based polyol. Acts as a reactive diluent with a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls with a low molecular weight which gives this triol a high level of reactivity, higher hardness and strength, with a lower elongation than the other Caspol® diols and triols. Offers adhesion, moisture resistance and chemical resistance. Used for VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants. Polyester polyol. It is a low molecular weight polyol with medium hardness and good elongation as well as flexibility. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Used for VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives as well as sealants applications. Caspol™ 5006 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil based polyol. It acts as a reactive diluent with a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls to yield a balanced reactivity. Exhibits functionality of 3.5 and its structure leads to high hardness and strength, with good elongation as well as flexibility. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Caspol™ 5006 is used for VOC and viscosity reduction in coatings, adhesives and sealants. Caspol™ 5005 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based polyol. It acts as a reactive diluent with a low level of primary hydroxyls to yield a longer pot life than other high-functionality polyols. Exhibits functionality of 5 and its structure leads to high hardness and strength, with good elongation as well as flexibility. Offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Imparts VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants. Polyester polyol. Caspol™ 5002 by aurorium is a 100% solids castor oil-based polyol. Acts as a reactive diluent of low molecular weight. Imparts higher hardness and strength with decreased elongation as well as flexibility than DB Oil while maintaining the benefits that castor oil offers on application properties such as improved flow and leveling. Also offers improved adhesion and chemical as well as moisture resistance properties. Caspol™ 5002 is used for VOC and viscosity reduction in adhesives and sealants.
