Daotan® VTW 6431/45WA by allnex is a physically drying, solvent and surfactant free, aqueous aliphatic poly(urethane-urea)-dispersion based on poly(butadiene). Used for sealing a wide variety of substrates. Provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability and weatherability, good flow and leveling, high gloss, very good stability and superior mar and scratch resistance. Offers chemical and abrasion resistance, high flexibility, hardness, shear stability, pigment compatibility and good compatibility with silicone oil. Gives very good adhesion on caoutchouc, SBR and PUR-RIM, weak adhesion on many plastics such as PP, ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC, PA, PS, and on several substrates like glass and high-grade steel. Shows very high elasticity and resistance to chemicals. Daotan® VTW 1250/40WA by allnex is an aqueous, hydroxyfunctional polyurethane dispersion. It provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability & weatherability, good flow & leveling, high gloss, shear stability and superior mar- & scratch resistance. It offers chemical- & abrasion resistance, flexibility and very good pigment compatibility. Shows very good adhesion to cement, metal & wood substrates, epoxy topcoats & primers, and very good adhesion to polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS & pre-treated PP/EPDM. Daotan® VTW 1250/40WA can be reacted with isocyanates or water reducible melamines. Daotan® VTW 1252/42WA by allnex is an aliphatic polyurethane emulsion modified with drying fatty acids. It provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability and weatherability, good flow and leveling, high gloss, very good stability and superior mar and scratch resistance. Daotan® VTW 1252/42WA offers chemical and abrasion resistance, flexibility, high hardness, shear stability, good water resistance, corrosion resistance and outdoor durability. It gives very good adhesion to metal and wood substrates, to cement substrates and epoxy topcoats and primers. Daotan® VTW 1265/36WA by allnex is an aqueous, hydroxyfunctional polyurethane dispersion. It provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability & weatherability, good flow & leveling, high gloss, shear stability and superior mar- & scratch resistance. It offers chemical- & abrasion resistance, flexibility and very good pigment compatibility. Shows very good adhesion to cement, metal & wood substrates, epoxy topcoats & primers, and very good adhesion to polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS & pre-treated PP/EPDM. Daotan® VTW 1265/36WA can be reacted with isocyanates or water reducible melamines. Daotan® VTW 6460/35WA by allnex is a solvent-free, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. In absence of paint additives, it dries to a clear, defect free film at room temperature. It is shear stable and compatible with inert pigments. Daotan® VTW 6460/35WA has a shelf life of 450 days. Daotan® VTW 2229/40WANMP by allnex is an aqueous aromatic polyurethane dispersion, containing hydroxy groups. It is 40% in water/N-methylpyrrolidone (40WANMP). Exhibits shear stability and pigment compatibility giving highly flexible films when cured with isocyanates & melamine resins. It offers good adhesion to rigid PVC, polyamide, ABS, and untreated PP/EPDM. Daotan® VTW 2229/40WANMP is suitable for formulating aqueous primer surfacers. It has a shelf life of 365 days. Daotan® VTW 6462/36WA by allnex is a self-crosslinking, low/zero VOC, solvent- & emulsifier-free, aqueous dispersion of an aliphatic urethane-acryl-hybrid. It exhibits shear stability, good pigment wetting properties and good compatibility. Offers improved chemical- & mechanical resistance, and cures rapidly to give clear crack-free films. Cured films show good abrasion resistance and have good
resistance to household detergents. Daotan® VTW 6462/36WA shows adhesion to various plastics such as ABS, PA, rigid PVC, flexible PVC and PMMA. It has a shelf life of 450 days. Daotan® VTW 1225/40WA by allnex is an aqueous, hydroxyfunctional polyurethane dispersion. It provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability & weatherability, good flow & leveling, high gloss, shear stability and superior mar- & scratch resistance. It offers chemical- & abrasion resistance, flexibility and very good pigment compatibility. Shows very good adhesion to cement, metal & wood substrates, epoxy topcoats & primers, and very good adhesion to polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS & pre-treated PP/EPDM. Daotan® VTW 1225/40WA can be reacted with isocyanates or water reducible melamines. Daotan® VTW 1262/35WA by allnex is an aqueous, hydroxyfunctional polyurethane dispersion. It offers chemical- & abrasion resistance, flexibility and very good pigment compatibility. Shows very good adhesion to cement, metal & wood substrates, epoxy topcoats & primers, and very good adhesion to polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS & pre-treated PP/EPDM. Daotan® VTW 1237/32WANMP can be reacted with isocyanates or water reducible melamines.
