ADDAPT® Foamstop VF 35N by ADDAPT Chemicals is a proprietary blend of oils with PAG’s and surface active components. Acts as a foam control agent. It maintains the defoaming properties over a prolonged period of time and does not contain nonylphenol derivatives, silicones, amines, nitrates, and fluorides. ADDAPT® Foamstop VF 35N is used in low VOC emulsion adhesives based on PVAC, styrene/acrylics, or pure acrylic. The recommended dosage is 0.25-0.75 %wt. of total formulation. It complies with following regulations: EINECS and FDA #173.340. ADDAPT® VF 10N by ADDAPT Chemicals is a proprietary blend of components based on renewable resources. Acts as a foam control agent. It maintains the defoaming properties over a prolonged period of time and does not contain nonylphenol derivatives, silicones/siloxanes, amines, nitrates, or fluorides. The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.0 %wt. of total formulation. ADDAPT® VF 10N complies with following regulations: EINECS and FDA. Solvent-free, UV-curable proprietary mixture of acrylated mono- and di-phosphate ester. It enables excellent mechanical stability, excellent polyvalent cation tolerance and very good inhibiting properties after polymerization. It offers improved wetting on metal & wood substrates. It shows good compatibility with acrylic & methacrylic esters and provides good adhesion to all metal substrates. Used in emulsion polymerization and adhesives. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.5 % wt. based on monomers. Solvent-free UV-curable acrylic acid adduct of the epoxy ester of versatic acid. It imparts acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and low viscosity. It enables improved adhesion to polyolefin, polyethylene, terephthalate and polyvinylchloride. It imparts hydrophobic properties in emulsions and shows good compatibility with VEOVA, styrene, acrylic & methacrylic esters. Used in synthesis of acrylic polymers, emulsion polymerization and adhesives. The recommended dosage is 1.0-10.0 % wt. based on monomers in adhesives and 5.0-15% wt in synthesis of acrylic polymers. Solvent-free, UV-curable proprietary mixture of acrylated mono- and di-phosphate ester. It improves both the storage & mechanical stability of an emulsion system and has flame retardant properties. It promotes adhesion to metal, metal oxides, glass and concrete. Used in emulsion polymerization. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.5 % wt. based on monomers. Solvent-free, UV-curable proprietary mixture of acrylated mono- and di-phosphate ester. It imparts very good corrosion inhibiting properties after polymerization and shows levelling/wetting. It has good compatibility with acrylic and methacrylic esters. It exhibits improved wet-scrub resistance, improved adhesion to metal and high yellowing resistance. Used in emulsion polymerization. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.5 % wt. based on monomers. ADDAPT® AS 400 by ADDAPT Chemicals acts as a rheology modifier. Exhibits blocking resistance and very good film forming properties. Offers very good water resistance. ADDAPT® AS 400 is used in adhesives industry. ADDAPT® Foamstop SIN A by ADDAPT Chemicals is a combination of polyalkylene glycols and fatty acids, an organic defoamer. Improves flow and reduces viscosity. Used in adhesives.
