ALVINOX P by 3V Sigma is a phenol based grade. Acts as an anti-oxidant. It decomposes hydroperoxide and provides long-term oxidative degradation in combination with anti-oxidants (hindered phenols and/or thio-ethers). It offers long term heat stabilization, high hydrolytic stability and low volatility. ALVINOX P is suitable for adhesive based applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.05 to 0.3%.
Uvasorb® S130 by 3V Sigma is a liquid UV absorber. Offers low volatility and long term efficiency in both clear & pigmented systems. Provides superior protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination and color change. Shows high compatibility with broad range of additives. It is miscible with all solvents and can be incorporated into water borne systems. Uvasorb® S130 is suitable for adhesive and sealant based applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 1%.
ALVINOX 100 by 3V Sigma is a highly efficient, hindered phenolic primary antioxidant. It reacts efficiently with peroxy radical. It offers high processing and long-term heat stabilization, low volatility, high compatibility with a wide range of polymers and with a broad range of additive used in polymer formulations, very low extractability and very good dielectric properties. It is suitable for use in adhesives. ALVINOX 100 can be used in synergistic combination with secondary antioxidant such as phosphite, phosphonite and thioether.
