Zealloy® 1422 by Zeon Chemical is a plasticizer and reinforcer. It is a fine crosslinked powder used as a flexibilizer for PVC compounds. It offers improved resistance to deformation at elevated temperatures and improved embossing of calendered and thermoformed products compared with conventional additives. It possesses negligible volatility and migration and is resistant to extraction by a wide range of chemicals. Zealloy® 1422 is suitable for adhesive compounding.
