Duomod® DP5045F by Zeon Chemical is a toughening agent. It is a crosslinked, carboxyl-functional elastomer designed for epoxy resins used in high-performance composites. It offers improved interlaminar fracture toughness, tack, and damage tolerance. It doesn't affect flexural or thermal properties of composite laminates and the performance improvements are typically independent of resin processing conditions. Duomod® DP5045F is applicable in adhesive compoundings.
