Tolonate™ X FLO 100 by Vencorex is an aliphatic polyisocyanate. Acts as a crosslinker. It contains 25% renewable content. Due to its macromolecular backbone, it helps improve the flexibility and abrasion resistance showing excellent outdoor durability. Exhibits low viscosity.
  • Compatible with polyesters, polyethers-polyesters and polyacrylates.
  • Tolonate™ X FLO 100 is suitable for use in solvent-free one-pack (1K) moisture-cured polyurethane coatings, adhesives or sealants, very high solids two component (2K) polyurethanes and polyureas (coatings and varnishes), solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane systems, synthesis of polyurethane-based resins and resin intermediates, cast elastomers and thermoplastics polyurethanes (TPU).
