LIPATON™ SB 29Y146 by Synthomer is a water-based non-ionically stabilized hydrolysis-resistant dispersion of a carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer. It is freeze-thaw stable. It contains an antioxidant, antifoam and is compatible with most hydraulic binders. It is free from APEOs and ammonia.
- It shows a slight phase separation during storage.
- It should be mixed prior to use and prevents a premature stiffening of the mortar.
- It is used for modification of hydraulic binders in common applications including repair mortar, flooring, rendering, bonding, mineral sealing slurries and as cement-based adhesive.
- The shelf life of LIPATON™ SB 29Y146 is 12 months.
