REXtac® APAO 2315 by REXtac is an amorphous poly alpha olefin. It is polyolefin based on copolymers of medium ethylene and propylene. It provides inherent moisture resistance, chemical resistance, inherent tackiness etc. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and other chemicals making it suitable for environments where the adhesive and sealant systems are exposed to such conditions. It is compatible with solvents, tackifiers, waxes, styrene block copolymers which make it highly sought after resin for adhesive manufacturing. REXtac® APAO 2315 has applications in the manufacturing of hot melt adhesives and sealant systems.
