KOLDEX® 50 by Primient is a pregelatinized, white dextrin that is highly soluble in cold water. It is used as the remoistenable portion of the adhesive in flat gumming by the solvent process because of light color and outstanding adhesion. KOLDEX® 50 is suitable in envelope back seam gums and label lap pastes as they impart high adhesion and good machinability. It meets FDA requirements for food packaging adhesives as detailed in 21 CFR 175.105.
