Piccolyte® C105 by Pinova is a polyterpene resin which is produced from d-limonene, a natural terpene of citrus origin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a pale, neutral, low molecular weight, highly stable, thermoplastic resin. It has mid-range softening, light color, resistance to aging and high thermal stability. It shows wide compatibility and solubility, inertness to acids, alkali & salts. It enables high tack & tack retention, high adhesive-cohesive strength as well as heat- and UV light- resistance. It is a highly effective tackifier for both elastomeric- and thermoplastic based adhesive systems. It is compatible with natural- and synthetic- rubbers. Piccolyte® C105 by Pinova is used in pressure sensitive and hot melt adhesives.
