Expancel® 920 MB 120

Expancel® 920 MB 120 by Nouryon is unexpanded microspheres mixed with a matrix. It acts as a lightweight filler and blowing agent in PVC-plastisols. It is used for underbody sealants, putties, polyurethane sealants and acrylic latex caulks. It offers high resiliency, ability to withstand several cycles of loading/ unloading without breaking, good chemical resistance and good thermo-mechanical properties. It provides low density, controlled expansion and uniform cells, reduction of weight, easy application, very good sanding properties and low after-sinking and shrinkage. Expancel® 920 MB 120 improves shock-, vibration- and sound absorption, thermo-insulation and recovery after elongation and compression.
