Expancel® 043 DET 80 d20

Expancel® 043 DET 80 d20 by Nouryon is used as lightweight filler and blowing agent in PVC-plastisols. It is used in polyester putties, polyurethane sealants and acrylic latex caulks. It offers high resiliency, easy compression, ability to withstand several cycles of loading/unloading without breaking, good chemical resistance and good thermo-mechanical properties. It provides low density, very good adhesion to polyester, very low porosity, reduction of weight, easy application, very good sanding properties and low after-sinking. Expancel® 043 DET 80 d20 improves shock-, vibration- and sound absorption, thermoinsulation and recovery after elongation and compression.
