Supreme 42HT-2ND Black by Master Bond is a two-component epoxy system for bonding, sealing and coating. It is a gun dispensable, cryogenically serviceable and low exotherm type system with a longer working life. It is 100% reactive with no solvents or diluents, which imparts low shrinkage upon curing.
  • It exhibits very good toughness, outstanding temperature & chemical resistance, superb electrical insulation and a smooth, non-flowing viscosity.
  • It is easy to use with a forgiving mix ratio of 100 to 40 by weight or 100 to 50 by volume.
  • It is well suited for bonding dissimilar substrates and to withstand rigorous thermal cycling.
  • It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass and many plastics.
  • It shows resistance to a wide range of chemicals including many acids, bases, solvents, fuels and oils.
  • It is used in aerospace, electronics, optical and OEM industries.
  • It has a shelf life of 1 year in cans and 6 months in syringes.
  • Supreme 42HT-2ND Black is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing specifications.
