Supreme 12AOHT-LO by Master Bond is a cryogenically serviceable, high-performance, electrically insulating one part epoxy (EP) for bonding and sealing applications. It is thermally conductive and has unlimited working life at room temperature. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents.
  • It offers toughness, convenient handling with no mixing and freezing and high bond strength particularly lap shear.
  • It exhibits superior resistance to aggressive thermal cycling and shock.
  • It shows chemical resistance to water, oil, solvent and fuels.
  • It offers low shrinkage upon curing, superlative dimensional stability and robust aggregation of physical strength properties.
  • It provides adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, glass, ceramics, composites and plastics.
  • Supreme 12AOHT-LO is used in aerospace, electronics, specialty OEM as well as for vacuum environments.
  • It has a shelf life of 3-6 months at 75°F, in original, unopened containers.
  • It is RoHS complaint, withstands 1000 hours at 85°C/85% RH, meets MIL-STD-883J Section 3.5.2 for thermal stability and NASA low outgassing specification.
