Supreme 121AO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive epoxy (EP) system. It resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, fuels and oils. It bonds good with metals, composites, glass, rubbers and plastics.
  • It offers good electrical insulation, long open time and high glass transition temperature.
  • It provides good strength, low shrinkage, good flow combined with long working life, toughness and good dimensional stability.
  • It shows good temperature- and thermal cycling resistance.
  • It is ideal for bonding, sealing and encapsulation.
  • It is used for potting, aerospace, electronic, opto-electronic and OEM applications.
  • The shelf life of Supreme 121AO is 6 months.
  • It meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
