Trixene® BI 7771 by Lanxess is an epoxy flexibilizer or plasticizer. It readily reacts with standard amine hardeners used in 2-K epoxy resin formulations. This blocked TDI isocyanate prepolymer has nonyl-phenol as the blocking agent. Trixene® BI 7771 can be used to replace part of the epoxy resin component to achieve desired increase in performance. It is used in adhesives.
