Zirconium chelate complex dossolved in a reactive diluent. It acts as urethane catalyst. It is a clear straw colored liquid having excellent cure response, excellent exterior durability, short tack free time. It does not contribute to the hydrolysis of polyester resins, high selectivity for -NCO/OH reaction over -NCO/water reaction. It has applications in sealants.
